 "how_to_submit": "A check is recorded as one entry in `entries` with the fields of `entry_fields`. To submit: publish your check as a record with a DOI (Zenodo, OSF, Figshare or any DataCite repository; free, no account with us), fill its description from `template`, and add the related identifier {\"relationType\": \"Reviews\", \"relatedIdentifier\": \"10.5281/zenodo.23552700\", \"relatedIdentifierType\": \"DOI\"}. The register reads the public DataCite index for records related to that DOI a few times a day; a record that Reviews it is listed in `received` with its DOI, title, date and relation, as found, and enters `entries` once its fields are read. A record that only cites it (References, Cites or another relation) is listed apart in `cited_by`: a citation, not a check. The checker's name is published only as it stands on the checker's own record. Entries are not edited; a later check of the same item is a new entry.",
